DDFIELDTRIPS
On-site due diligence for investors

Walk the floor before you buy the stock.

DDFieldtrips takes small groups of investors inside public companies: plant tours, store walks and sit-downs with management. Reserve a seat in advance, show up, and see the business for yourself.

How it works

STEP 1

Join the list

Tell us your sectors and how far you'll travel, and we'll let you know when a trip fits.

STEP 2

Reserve a seat

When booking opens, pick a trip and pay the seat fee. Full refund up to 14 days out.

STEP 3

Get the briefing

A week before, you get the itinerary, meet-up point, dress code and site safety rules.

STEP 4

Visit and follow up

Tour the site, question management, then join the host's follow-up call on HurdleCalls 60 to 90 days later.

In partnership with HurdleCalls

Hear them on the call. See it on the floor.

HurdleCalls hosts audio calls with public-company CEOs and CFOs. DDFieldtrips is the in-person next step: see the business for yourself, then hear management follow up on a HurdleCalls call.

Call to tripTrips are announced first on the host's HurdleCalls session, with early access for attendees.
Trip to callEvery host commits to a follow-up call so you can check what they told you on site.
Separate and disclosedDDFieldtrips is paid by host companies and discloses every fee. HurdleCalls is a separate business.
For public companies

Host a field trip

Put serious, pre-registered investors in front of your operations. We handle sign-ups, payment, attendee screening, transport and the day-of schedule. You approve the attendee list and run the tour.

Flat host fee per trip Covers logistics, attendee screening, transport, lunch and a follow-up HurdleCalls session. Every attendee also pays a seat fee, so the people who show up chose to be there.
  • Attendee list sent to your IR team for approval before the trip
  • All attendees agree to site rules and photo policy in advance
  • Follow-up HurdleCalls session included
  • Your fee is disclosed on the trip page and in every attendee confirmation

Visits are run consistent with Regulation FD. Hosts share only information that is public or not material, and attendees are told this when they reserve. Hosts: email hosts@ddfieldtrips.com.
